Founded in 2011, Life Strategies, LLC is based in three office locations, including Chesterton, Crown Point, and South Bend, Indiana. LS provides Autism Therapy, IN Medicaid Waiver Services, and Behavioral Health Therapy. LS is devoted to meet the unique needs of each child, couple and family.
